Raphaela's top choices for artisinal cocktails in Miami for 2022
Here is the list of my favorite cocktail bars in South Florida in order of appearance:
Dante’s HIFI
Inspired by devoted vinyl listening rooms in Japan, Dante's is a unique experience. Artisinal mixologist cocktails with a curated vinyl collection, it is a needed stop for any music aficionado while visiting Miami. Just don't forget to make reservations!
Serena Rooftop
As you enter South Beach's famous Moxy Hotel, you're led up the staircase to the enchanting open-air dining of Oaxaca and Mexico City. With plush couches, and vibrant colors of coral, salmon, garden-like outdoor dining in bold shades of pink, orange, coral, and turquise, this restarant is also home to the best vegan Pina Colada in town. Brugal 1888 Dark Rum, Pineapple, Ginger, Lime, Coconut Foam, yum!
Bar La Real
Housed in the attic of a historic building built in 1917, Bar La Real is the epitome of extravanace. You can expect intricate craft cocktails topped with caviar and infused with ginger rose liquor or keep it simple and order a classic old fashioned to sip on while you smoke a hookah.
Sweet Liberty
Located in Miami's South Beach, this is the place that trademarked the famous 'Miami is the s#$% BRO!' Sweet Liberty is one of my personal favorites, I come here for my birthday and for NYE for the consistently great service, delicious food and perfectly balanced cocktails. This is the place where you come for the food/cocktails, and stay for the vibes.
Lido Champagne Bar
Inside the Four Seasons in Surside, Miami, the beautiful and elegant Lido Champagne Bar celebrates its honor as the best oceanfront dining experience in the Miami Beach. Michael White, the mastermind chef behind Michelin-starred restaurants in NYC, brings his wordly and sophisticated coastal Italian cuisine to a Miami landmark. The fascinating ambiance of the Champagne Room is magical and infectious, as the bar staff smiles while they mix your cocktail filled with quality ingrediants and amazing energy.
Monterrey Bar
This cool, dark bar celebrates unique twists on classic cocktails with elevated appetizers by Executive Chef Andrew Gilbert which are designed to pair with the curated beverage menu. The T-shaped bar decorated with Amazonite stone created an intimacy, meanwhile, the walls are lined with 1980s pop art, featuring Geoffrey Rose’s ‘Frozen Moments’. Everything is tied together beneat a Murano glass chandelier. You will come and want to stay awhile.
